ETL partnered with Jessup Brothers for this Solihull Community Housing Development.

The project is a new build four storey building consisting of 51 apartments, communal lounge, dining area, commercial laundry and kitchen, full facilities for the house management and catering team.

There are a number of self contained concession units including, a beauty salon, hairdressers salon and shop.

• Disabled refuge call system

• Remotely monitored integrated CCTV and door access systems​

• Sky+ TV systems

• Lighting and power to all communal areas

• Services associated with lifts and mechanical plant
